iPhone & iPad
- Opens full screen from the Home Screen. No address bar, no tab strip, and no tab to find again.
- Add a receipt from Camera or Photos through the iOS picker, straight into your Inbox.
- Lose signal and you get a SuperBooks screen explaining it, not Safari's error page.
- Open app.superbooks.io in Safari.
- Tap the Share button in the toolbar.
- Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android
- Installs with an adaptive icon and its own entry in the app switcher, like any other Android app.
- Add a receipt from Camera, Photos or Files through the Android picker, straight into your Inbox.
- Repeat launches serve the app's code from your device instead of the network, so it opens faster on mobile data.
- Open app.superbooks.io in Chrome.
- Accept the install prompt, or open the ⋮ menu and choose Install app.
- SuperBooks appears in your launcher.
Mac
- Lives in the Dock and opens in its own window, so your books stop being a tab behind thirty others.
- Command-Tab straight to it, the same as any other Mac app.
- Repeat launches serve the app's code from your Mac rather than fetching it again.
- Open app.superbooks.io in Safari.
- Choose File, then Add to Dock.
- In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon at the end of the address bar instead.
Windows
- Installs into the Start menu and pins to the taskbar, with its own window and no address bar.
- Alt-Tab lands on your books directly instead of on a browser window you then have to search.
- A dropped connection shows a SuperBooks screen rather than the browser's error page.
- Open app.superbooks.io in Edge or Chrome.
- Use the install icon at the end of the address bar.
- Pin SuperBooks to the taskbar from the Start menu.

Installed, SuperBooks runs in standalone display mode: no tab strip, no address bar, and its own entry in the app switcher. Same account, same books, one fewer place to lose them.

SuperBooks runs a Model Context Protocol server, so ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and the rest can read your books and act on them directly. Nothing to install — you paste one address into the tool you already use.

Through them the assistant finds and calls 46 SuperBooks tools: 45 across 12 domains — transactions, invoices, customers, reports and more — plus list_teams, which lists the teams a connection can use. Sign in with your SuperBooks account or a scoped API key; each tool still checks its own permission, so the assistant reaches only what you granted.
